ffeingol Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 Hello, We just had an order come through that was marked fraud. The (potential) client was very unhappy. The order was checked by MaxMind. It has a score of 0.04 (way below our limits) and was not a free email account. The order also passed the MaxMind fraud call (checked in the MaxMind system). I can see in the log where it "started fraud check" and "failed fraud check". Is there any way to get more detail on what it failed? This order should have sailed right through.
