Boozrie
We've been running a web hosting business with WHMCS for quite some time, and one challenge was finding a reliable solution for push notifications, WhatsApp communication, and stronger account security without depending on multiple third-party services. After trying a few different options, we started using PWA Plus, and it has been a great addition to our WHMCS setup. The feature that caught our attention first was the installable PWA. Our clients can install the WHMCS client area like a normal app on Android, iPhone, Windows, and macOS without downloading anything from an app store. It feels much more convenient than asking clients to bookmark the website. We also enabled browser push notifications for invoices, ticket replies, and service updates. Delivery has been quick, and it's nice not having to rely on another notification platform. The WhatsApp integration has been the biggest benefit for us. We now send invoice reminders, payment confirmations, and support updates directly through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. The built-in campaign feature is also useful for sending announcements to selected clients. Another feature we've started using is WhatsApp OTP verification for important account actions. It adds an extra layer of protection without making things complicated for clients. We also tested Passkey login, and it works well for staff members who prefer Face ID or fingerprint authentication. One thing I appreciate is that everything runs inside WHMCS. We don't have to connect multiple automation tools or pay monthly fees for separate push notification and messaging services. Setup took some time because of the Meta API configuration, but once completed, everything worked as expected. The developer has been responsive whenever we had questions, and the documentation was helpful during the initial setup. If you're looking for a way to modernize your WHMCS installation with an installable app, push notifications, WhatsApp automation, and stronger authentication, I think this module is worth checking out. Has anyone else here tried PWA Plus? I'd be interested to hear how you're using it in your hosting business...
