Error after upgrading 8.13.1 to 8.13.3

After upgrading from 8,13.1 to 8.13.3 we get the following error when pressing orders -> active orders -> order number:

Just noticed another error when enabling capcha:

Possibly an incompatibility issue with your current php version.

Are you using a php version below 8.2
