whmcs and plesk 8.2 problem

hi

i use to 15 days try version. and i like whmcs. but i have got some pleblems

 

Firstly;

 

i manage my server ( i select plesk,and i write my admin name,and pass of plesk), than i open a new packeage in plesk,i config the pakage on "my products in whmcs panel". but i try a buy the product,but it is not automaticaly open in plesk.

the error is;

 

Server Command Error

1014 - Parser error: Request is invalid

 

 

i hope, you can understand and help me.

One of two reasons:

 

1. You have foreign characters in the name, such as an accent (e.g. ê)
