Thanks again for your interest in Virtual Sky Host and for asking about performance/uptime—it's great to see genuine curiosity.

Straight update: The site and services are currently offline due to short-term financial challenges with covering our infrastructure and operational costs. As a new provider just launching with WHMCS automation, we hit an unexpected hurdle early on, and I'm actively addressing it to get everything back up as soon as possible.

I apologize for the downtime—this isn't the reliable, affordable hosting experience we aimed to provide from day one. If anyone had trials, orders, or questions, reach out directly (support@virtualskyhost.com or here) for personal handling, including refunds/migrations if needed.

I'll share updates in this thread or via email. In the interim, for immediate needs, solid WHMCS-friendly alternatives include KnownHost, Hostwinds, or similar—happy to suggest based on your setup.
