Small things started happening like customers not getting charged at all for 5 months going back to May. . I hired a WHMCS expert through Upwork and got everything fixed, however, I now have a void of payments from May till now. I went into invoices and started adding all the payments back, marked as PAID. Now under Invoice/Billing it shows a credit balance. My question is, how can i remove the credit balance? Without knowing the details of your server/installation, is it possible some invoices were not generated? Invoices not generated, or possibly you collected transactions in excess of the invoice values, in which case, it would be appropriate for the credit balance to result from this. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
