dotcomUNDERGROUND
How should i process the Cancellation Requests? Does it just act as a notification system and i have to manually process the termination? Or is there an automated process for it? Also is there any option to credit the clients for remaining period and provide full moneyback if they cancel within 30 days of order?
chickendippers
It will terminate the account on the server and set the account status to "Terminated" in WHMCS itself. I'm not sure if it cancels any recurring payment options (such as PayPal subscriptions) so it's best to check. This will be done when the cron runs, so technically an "immediate" cancellation request could take up to 23 hours to process. WHMCS will not automatically credit a customer, you'll have to do that yourself...or see about getting a custom development.
dotcomUNDERGROUND
Thanks for your reply chickendippers. Does this termination take place autometically? Or I need to take any action?
chickendippers
It's automated, as long as you've got the automation setup.
