[Resolved] Open-Xchange - Service Degradation - September 1st 2025

We  noticed that a few customers had been experiencing problems accessing OX Suite.   The matter was therefore escalated to the OX Suite team today @ 20:05 BST for further investigation.

We received the following response @ 20:14 BST:

> We are experience an problem right now, which is under investigation.
> To my knowledge not all customers are affected on the platform.
> Issue should be already fixed, or soon fixed. 

We believe the issue should now be resolved.
