First, let me get this out in the open 🙂

I'm not  a developer by any stretch and the attached was half a day working with ChatGPT5 to build an addon, and hook that allows me to select 1 or all attachments, bundle them into a ZIP, then download them with the filename including the ticket number. I've been wanting this for a decade!

There's a readme in the ZIP.

Sorry if it breaks something but, since I'm not a developer, and someone who is a dev may want to take this as their own, and expand on it until maybe WHMCS includes this feature in the core (fingers crossed for this decade LOL).

Have fun and I'm cannot support this addon.
