Issues after upgrading to 8.13

good morning,

Some clients are getting the "choose account" screen when trying to pay an invoice. They have only one account on the screen which they can click and proceed to the next page.

This is very annoying and sometime the client also gets unauthorized access. Like he doesn't have  access to the page/module. How can this be debugged / fixed please?

This is NOT happening when masquarading clients from admin and seems also to happen only from Win10/11/chrome.
