Lucas
How do customers actually use the cancellation requests feature? I've been searching and searching and cannot seem to find how to use this feature.

Lucas
The button's at the bottom of the plan details page. Which plan details page? I'm sorry, I might not follow you since I have made a custom template and I am not offering hosting but ventrilo servers with WHMCS.
chickendippers
Plan details, product details etc - everything you sell in WHMCS has a page of information associated with it.
Lucas
I still do not see where the cancellation request links are located at. Could somebody else be more specific please? Thank you!
othellotech
You are looking at the *client* side of whmcs - i.e. you found a client that has an active hosting product and clicked "login as client" ? In which case you click "my hosting" then "view details" on one of the plans and its at the bottom unless you've broken the templates
Lucas
I don't have "My Hosting" since I offer "Other Products/Services". Is there any way to add this link to the template for "Other Products/Services"? Regards
