mrprez
When I go to insert a KB article into a ticket response it inserts this link: https://merchantmoms.com/billing/admin/supportticketskbarticle.php?cat=27# rather than http://merchantmoms.com/billing/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=27&id=142 John
chickendippers
It's called "Insert Knowledgebase Article Link". It's meant to insert a link, rather than the actual article.
PPH
It's called "Insert Knowledgebase Article Link". It's meant to insert a link, rather than the actual article. Did you follow the links provided? The inserted link is through the admin side
chickendippers
Nope, works fine for me. I believe this was fixed in version 3.6.0, have you upgraded?
mrprez
Yes, I have upgraded. If you read my post, I said it is inserting the link. I am not expecting the article. I need it to insert the link to the KB article, not the admin link to edit the article. John
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 9, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 9, 2008 Can't reproduce this. What browser are you using?
mrprez
It must be the way I am inserting them. But, it I click on the link, it will put in the correct link, but it adds it to the end of my signature. Even if I click in the box where I want it, always seems to go back to the end of the sig. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 9, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 9, 2008 Yes, that's what it does. Doesn't seem to be any problems here.
