Upgrade/downgrade products

How does one set up email templates that will be automatically sent to customers when they upgrade/downgrade to another hosting plan? I can see where to create the email, but how will the email link or integrate with the downgrade/upgrade method.

Hello,

In WHMCS platform, admins can manually initiate upgrades or downgrades, even for products not configured for automatic upgrades.

You need to follow these steps -

  1. Go to the Products/Services tab in the client’s profile.
  2. Go to the service to upgrade.
  3. Click More > Upgrade/Downgrade
