Rich
Frankly, their support sucks. I've already taken my time to go through the whole sign up and verification process, and they do have really cheap offers, so i'm going to try to stick with them. Anyways, for those that are using them successfully, could you show me where you've set up your end-user domain services with them. I'm a bit confused on how to do this. I've integrated it into WHMCS so they can register domains, but I don't know where to set up the management for them(where they modify name servers, add services such as ID protect, etc.)
ask21900
I was interested in setting up a reseller account with them, but I had a few questions first. It has been about two weeks now... I gave up on getting a reply. I second that... Their support sucks
Jase
I have sent them a few emails about DNS Tools, however no reply. Has anyone managed to get DNS Tools to work in WHMCS for ResellOne? ResellOne are still the best value Domain Registrars, so hope we can work this out, I have one user who is on my back about using DNS Tools for forwarding.

urevised
I also have problems with them. I have to get them to refill my account manually each time because my business card does not support verified by visa. No idea why they even have this because no business card in the whole world supports verified by visa. Its only personal cards. *Shakes Fist at Resellone. And yes their support sucks.

mkhmer
I got the same connection refused. Any communication between WHMCS and ResellOne team to have problem fixed? EDIT: Not WHMCS fault - it was a firewall problem on my server Regards, MKHMER ======================== Serving Web Solution www.servingweb.com ========================

randy
I tired them just to put my WHMCS domain on there and use our dedicated servers for our customers, I figured the price was a few dollars more than a license so it was a good deal. The server had over a 200 load yes 200, 7 times in 6 weeks which made the site unresponsive. I finally had to cancel the account because of the slow response for support and the downtime.
WebWorker
Hmm, I think that you are thinking of something else.. Resellone sells domain names not dedicated servers.

WebWorker
Try regenerating the PrivateKey and give it an hour or so to update on the ResellOne servers. Also you need to make sure that you have the IP address of your WHMCS installation listed for authorized access in the ResellOne control panel. Finally, assuming you have the necessary funds in your ResellOne account, make sure you have the correct ports open on your server's firewall : 52000 and 52443.
