KAYAKO/WHMCS View Ticket Issue

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue when trying to View a Ticket. We have the Kayako integration and everything is working good except for a couple of issues.

 

#1 When a client is logged into the Client Portal and is viewing the List of tickets; if you click on the Ticket Subject; it uses the correct URL but loops back to the View Ticket List. Any ideas; what might be causing this?

 

#2 - When you perform a knowledgebase search within the Client Portal; it loops back to the full list of KB's.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
