borzoid
I had my install of whmcs up and running but had not used it yet because my application wasn't ready for launch. Due to host problems I moved to a new host in the last few days and am trying to get everything up and running again. The general configurations page in admin is just a blank page. I tried doing an upgrade but the install.php would only allow for a full install...tried that but got errors because the tables already existed in the db. tried uploading the configurationgeneral.php a couple times in case it was corrupt. tried downloading the full v351 and tried a new install but did not want to dump my tables and start over so got the same errors. The general configurations page is still blank. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I could resolve it? Thanks in advance for your help.
JasonO
Have you given your configuration page the correct chmod permissions?
borzoid
The configgeneral.php has the same permissions as all of the other configuration pages(644). All of the pages under the configuration tab work fine except the "General Configuration" page.
borzoid
Ok - went back and looked at the front end and seem to be missing some pages there now too. I'm going to drop the db and do a complete fresh install. Hopefully I can restore everything with the db backup.
