I'm trying to make the system automate account creation on order, but I am still manually having to "Accept order" for the account to be created in WHM. Manually accepting the order works fine. I have option 1 set under products & services "Automatically create the account as soon as an order is placed". Leeman Posted February 6, 2008 Author Share Posted February 6, 2008 Reply from Support: The only thing I can think that would cause it to require manual activation is no default server set in Config > Manage Servers. Does a server there have a * next to it?
