Announcements Images - Please HELP

Hi all.

I am not able to get consistency within the "Announcements" section of WHMCS with images appearing on the home showing the images at the top of the announcements themselves.

 

Example 1 -

I created the announcement below which includes an image at the top

Until today it was also displaying the image on the Announcements homepage, and for some reason it has gone and I can't work out why?

I have a few questions:

• Is there a recommended image size for announcements?
• Does anybody know why images are intermittent?
