I am planing to drop it, as well (to keep a clear head). -- I am considering getting out of Stripe. We have Stripe's Radar, also, we keep increasing payment rules so no stolen cards get through. Lots of customers have problems paying, and time by time, stolen cards still go through (mostly for VPSs and registering domains). We haven't won any appeal (banks win them all), and we keep paying Stripe fines of £20 for each case. Have contacted Stripe several times > there is no real support whatsoever. .. it seems they are so big that real customer support isn't the priority anymore. What is your experience? Tx.
