Mike4286 Posted November 25 Share Posted November 25 Regarding customers with subscription, I want to only send a receipt without sending them New Invoices, Reminders, & Overdue Notices . When a customer has an active subscription, I think it creates confusion when they receive a new invoice, that shouldn't be paid because they have an active subscription. Currently, its either send all "Emails - New Invoices, Reminders, & Overdue Notices" or uncheck to send none, in Profile > Email Notifications.
