banar
How can we block specifc payment method (e.g., credit card) for invoices over a specific amount? We had to disable an ability for clients to be able to change payment method, since some made a mistake and paid big invoices with credit card. The processing fees were really high. It could be a global setting, per customer, and/or even per invoice. Ideas?
Evolve Web Hosting
@banar you can do so with a module from the Marketplace (marketplace.whmcs.com). It's not included by WHMCS.
banar
@Evolve Web Hosting, could you please provide the URL?
Evolve Web Hosting
@banar I did provide the URL to the Marketplace - from there, you can search the available extensions. I don't have experience with one to recommend to you. There are also extensions to charge a processing fee to specific gateways.
banar
@Evolve Web Hosting, got it. I'll try searching it again. I searched it previously and did not succeed finding one that works for this case.
Evolve Web Hosting
@banar try a google search too. Not every developer posts all of their extensions on the Marketplace.
banar
@Evolve Web Hosting, thank you. I am aware of the marketplace.whmcs.com and I searched it before posting it in the community. Since I was unable to find the solution neither via marketplace.whmcs.com nor Google, I posted the topic here.
