VPS set up for WHMCS

What is the recommended/best OS from these option to run WHMCS?

And would the resources in the 2nd image be sufficient? All sites are hosted on a different much larger servers (4 VPSs)

This would just need to run WHMCS and Frontend of same.

You can run WHMCS on any one of the operating systems depicted in the image file you shared. And yes, WHMCS is less than 80 GB. You may need to increase later depending upon usage, but it will be fine for initial installation.
