michelle
Is it possible to rename the /whmcs folder to something else without messing up anything? If there is ever a security vulnerability, i would not want anyone to easily find the software on my site via a search. Just wondering how easy/difficult it would be to change. Thanks, michelle
0 chrishaley
Yes, mine is in something other than /WHMCS, just make sure you point WHMCS to the right path in the configuration screen where it asks where your installation is.
0 Roger
Yes you can do that. Don't forget to make the changes in your WHMCS admin panel if you do.
0 MACscr
you also need to resetup your cron jobs and email piping as well.
