Problem The username must be at least 3 characters when checked requirement Required Field Check Box

Hello Somebody help,

We have a problem. when create new product and enable custom field then enable required Required Field.
Problem come when client place order then checked Required Field Check Box showing eror (screenshoot attached)

Please correct the following errors before continuing:

• The username must be at least 3 characters.

here we using whmcs 8.9

What type of product is this (Shared, Reseller, VPS/Dedicated, Other)? What server module are you using for this product?

It's possible to generate usernames, passwords, hostnames, etc via hooks or other means.

Here we using others and module we only use caancle invoice module. and custom hooks for link on navbar

Problem was solved,
we have remove module from vpnresellers this module make problem and we already submit to contact support.
