Mutt
Hi If I test my system by buying a hosting package, I click on the package I want to purchase, use the package on an existing domain and go to pay, everything is perfect up to that point. Account is created on WHMCS, package details are correct and also showing in my reseller host account, emails sent to customer with links to CPanel. I can go to my reseller account, see that the domain has indeed now been given the correct hosting package and that the SSL has been applied to the customers website. Now for the issue. In my dashboard with my reseller host provider, the customer has not been created and because the customer has not been created, if they want to cancel the package, it won't cancel as WHMCS can't find the account. I get "Cannot delete without package ID". Also in the email to the link to Cpanel, I get http:// my domain .com : 2082 which provides a page cannot be found and also Control Panel URL shows http://:2082/ SSL is active on my WHMCS Thanks for a point in the right direction

It wouldn't likely be available in your reseller host provider's dashboard as they would likely only account for the reseller account and not sub-accounts created by the reseller account.
RadWebHosting
@sitedatais correct. This isn't really a problem as it's likely working as intended. If you're able to create accounts on your cPanel/WHM server by processing an order from your WHMCS, then the client and service will be active within your WHMCS. Should your clients ever need to cancel this service, they can request cancellation within your WHMCS and you can (or should be able to) even terminate their account directly on your cPanel server by using the "terminate" module function in the WHMCS service page. It will remove the client's account from the server assuming the appropriate permissions exist.
