ckh Posted February 2, 2008 Share Posted February 2, 2008 Not sure if this is a bug or it was incorporated this way for some reason, but, when replying to a support ticket, I like to just click the text area and start typing away. However, for some reason or another, there are 2 carriage returns built in so the reply doesn't start at the top of the text box, but, 2 lines down. I see by viewing the source code there are 2 carriage returns there causing the problem. I find it annoying having to get rid of the carriage returns for each support reply, unless there added there for some special reason ??? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
