webbilling@dncs.com
I have placed logo.jpg in the Images directory. My PDF invoices now have the proper logo on them. Emails sent to clients are goofy. Under Configuration -> General Config > Logo URL (Enter your logo to display it in email messages, leave blank for none) I have tried to enter a link to the logo.jpg using http://www.domainname.com/billing/images/logo.jpg This is where the image is for the PDF's. I also tried placing a copy of the jpg at http://www.domainname.com/logo.jpg and then changing the config in WHMCS. No matter what I do, when an email is generated it still shows a broken link in the emails and if I look at the properties, it only show sit as http://www.domainname.com. What the heck? Running v3.5.1. Enlighten me please!
Nick
I believe you're meant to enter the relative path to your logo. I.E. images/logo.jpg
webbilling@dncs.com
So from this I am assuming that because the configuration line above this one (which is Domain in the format of http://www.domainname.com/) that you go to the next configuration line (being Logo URL) and enter images/logo.jpg. If thats what you mean, I tried it and that didn't work for me. I also tried using billing/images/logo.jpg (billing replacing the normal whmcs folder for my config). Make sense?
PPH
We use the full address for our logo and it appears fine. Have you got hotlink protection on for your site?
webbilling@dncs.com
I think hot link protection is on for some of my other sites but I dont think it is one for this one.

PPH
Sounds like ticket time to have support take a look. Although creating a test account I see a broken image on your invoice also? might want to remove one /billing from your path
michelle
I'm having the same issue. Did you find a resolution?
PPH
I believe it was a mistake in the path somehow as /billing was in the path for their invoice twice.
michelle
Put the logo in the main public_html directory and placed the complete path to it in the config area and that seemed to do the trick for me. Just FYI. Instead of /images/logo.jpg I used http://www.my_domin.com/logo.jpg
