d is not a function - error

Recommended Posts

Has anyone ever seen this error "d is not a function" when a client is checking out? It occurs when a client has an existing account  and is adding additional services.

Would love some help resolving this. We're kind of stuck right now. 😞

Thanks!

Yes, we have started getting messages saying that customers are getting this error when trying to order, and on testing we get the same error here too.

Both new and existing customers are being affected

I got this one time on my live WHMCS and my dev machine that is dong tested I got a couple of time.

I think it has something to do invoice

How have you resolved it? We submitted tickets to WHMCS and PayPal... and haven't solved it yet.

Never found a fix, although the issue does seem to have resolved itself, but I'm not sure how, or what changed for it to be resolved.
