Jennifer D
Has anyone ever seen this error "d is not a function" when a client is checking out? It occurs when a client has an existing account and is adding additional services. Would love some help resolving this. We're kind of stuck right now. 😞 Thanks! WALU2024
Yes, we have started getting messages saying that customers are getting this error when trying to order, and on testing we get the same error here too. Both new and existing customers are being affected

Never found a fix, although the issue does seem to have resolved itself, but I'm not sure how, or what changed for it to be resolved.

Jeff999
Is from my experience. It's a javascript incompatibility problem. It works with Firefox and Edge browsers.
