LittleCreek Posted July 11 Share Posted July 11 I have it set up so when a client orders a service and payment is made it is automatically activated. Everything works and the client can login and start using the service. Why is under the Orders section it is still marked as "Pending"? This allows your staff to review and process all new orders, as well as perform any manual checks or actions necessary for new purchases.
