PPH
Does templates_c folder exist and is it writeable. What happens with a default template?

PPH
I would submit a support ticket then. Is this a new install or was it working?

PPH
You are doing fine. Did you upload all files in binary mode or extract on the server? Also what OS are you installing on? Either way support is quick to lend a helping hand .

Jordan
You have already installed WHMCS, correct? If so, have you recently edited your homepage.tpl, header.tpl, or footer.tpl? A blank page display in lieu, when there is an error with the SMARTY coding. So if you forget to end an else/if statement, or close tag, it'll show a white page.

Lewcy
Jus thad exactly the same problem, Modified homepage in templates/mytemplate/ then just got a blank page. To resolve i changed templates_c to 777 then the page loaded. I then changed templates_c back to 775 as it was before and it still worked.

That would only work until the next change as the folder needs to be 777 unless php is cgi based. The server needs the ability to modify files in the templates working directory.
