Email Marketer and Cancelled Customers

Hi

I am trying to create a Email Marketing Rule using WHMCS Email Marketer so that when a customer cancelled.

After a 1 day we give them a discount code.

Then after 7 days a reminder of the discount code.

 

Is this possible?

I cant seem to figure out how to do it using the email marketer page. Even if we could just email all customers that have cancelled regularly that would be great. Obviously twice max.

Doesn't seem to be possible as of yet because its product based and not customer status based. For eg. Inactive Customers cannot be emailed using it I think.
