whmcs custom client field for customer profile disabled

Hello

I have create a custom field and gave this field name Account Number.

Its a Numeric field.

But only issue is any admin can edit this field from the client profile page

WHMCS should be put a little TICK on the custom field page so can disable for admin and disable for client

unfortunately its not there so can someone help me what i should do?

everything is encrypted. and because i want to do this for admin panel so admin codes are enctypted.

can a hook help me to lock this custom field for not able to edit by admin?
