suprahost Posted January 28, 2008 Share Posted January 28, 2008 Hello suppose I have set for a client domain name Expiry Date 25/01/2009 Next Due Date 20/01/2009 Registration Period 1/years Recurring Amount 12.95 Payment using credit card What does happen on 20/01/2009 ? I understood that ; a) WHMCS will try to charge the client 12.95 and if the payment will be ok will try to contact the registrar to renew it b) if the payment will not be ok , WHMCS will send an invoice unpaid to the client and the domain name will not be renewd automatically Is it correct ?
