Paola_T Posted June 4 Share Posted June 4 Hi, I have different departments in WHMCS (sales, support, finances) and I created a custom field (Topic) and I would like it to be permanent through the different departments. WhmTools Posted June 12 Share Posted June 12 I think in WHMCS, you have to create custom fields for each department. You cannot configure one custom field for all departments. As you can see, below we can add a custom field for a department. Then it will be available for this department.
