Pending Order

I made a purchase on my website as a customer to check if everything is running smoothly. I paid through PayPal Basic. 

From the customer end it was saying  "pending" and when I clicked on my product it said I couldn't use the product until it is activated.

From admin end it's saying 1 pending order

While I don't wish to be accepting order manually, I went ahead and clicked the "accept order" button.

I got an error message saying "Order Accept Encountered Problems.  Access denied. Invalid credentials, or your user account maybe inactive or suspended"

I made this purchase 2 day ago now today I when back in my account from the customer end, it's now saying "it appears you don'thave any product or servicewith us yet" !!!?

I spoke to support from my domain registrar and they said they don't see any issue from that end. 

Is anyone familiar with this issue? Please help 🙏 😢

Hi there,

I believe you're using ResellerClub as your registrar. Please follow these steps to resolve this error:

1. Check your ResellerClub Account Status: Ensure that your ResellerClub account is active and not suspended. If your account is suspended, you will need to contact ResellerClub support to get it reactivated.

2. Verify your ResellerClub Credentials: Confirm that you have entered the correct Reseller ID and API Key in your WHMCS setup. You can find these details in your ResellerClub account. To verify or update these details in WHMCS, navigate to Configuration > System Settings > Domain Registrars.

3. Make sure your Server IP is listed as an Access IP for the APIs: ResellerClub restricts access to its APIs based on IP address.  You can find the IP address to use in WHMCS at Help > License Information.
