Niki Jacob Posted May 16 Share Posted May 16 I love this add-on so much that I moved my entire business back into WHMCS because I was not satisfied with having to use more than one software for my business. If you could, two small things I see. 1. When creating a task, allow it to be automatically assigned to someone. I am the only one in my system who should just default to me. Maybe have something in our profile or the customer's profile that you can link to. 2. The task creation process. If we could have a text box, not a text line. Maybe even a way to check off things under a task. But also a timer right on the task. Right now they are separate. 3. Have a tab on the Client Profile that links to their associated projects if you have one. Basically, integrated it more with the whole system.
