I was exploring FreeScout at freescout.net. It is an open-source help desk system.

I didn't find anything mentioned about integrating directly with FreeScout. However, a page at Zapier shows that they have an integration.

I'm wondering if anyone in the community is currently using or has looked into FreeScout and what your options/feedback are regarding It.
