webbymaster
Hello, everyone. Faced with such a problem. There is a customer and there is a "Service" service. This service has a "Hosting" Add-on, which was provided FREE of CHARGE, as part of the "Maintenance" service. The term of this service has expired for the client, but he wants to leave Hosting as the Main, paid service. How do I transfer Hosting from an Add-on to the Main Service so that the client's Hosting continues to work, but already as the Main Service? My attempts: - A new "Hosting" order is not created, it displays an error about the domain; - Changing the package of the Add-on does not work; - When deleting a Hosting Add-on in the panel, on the server, a new one is not created...
websavers
Change the domain connected to the addon, place the new hosting order with the right domain, then adjust the username/password for the hosting service to match those for the live service. Then you can simply remove the addon. Also: I believe you've posted in the wrong sub-community. Edited May 3 by websavers

Excuse me, please, I'm a beginner)) Can you tell me where to move my post and how can I do it? If, of course, it is possible on my part.

I suspect the most relevant community is "Using WHMCS" here: https://whmcs.community/community/37-using-whmcs/
