When ordering a non hosting product (download) with a hotmail email address it blocks the order - even though I disabled free email blocking on my maxmind fraud module settings. And my system does not block any free emails. I changed the email address to a btinternet.com extension and ordered again. This worked fine. I am struggling to work out why maxmind blocks the order because its a free email - even though its not setup to.
