AH-Tina
Here's the situation... We have about 2000 domain names in eNom that need to be entered into WHMCS. We have the customer billing records in WHMCS, but we need to attach the domain names to those accounts somehow. All attempts at using the "add new order" feature results in failure. Anyone??? --Tina
CSNM-Carl
Suggest you open a support ticket, we use the add new order for domains quite often and don't experience any problems.
othellotech
All attempts at using the "add new order" feature results in failure. For existing domains add it as a new *transfer* At the end of the input process when viewing the new order, chose "None" as the registrar, and deselect the "send to registrar" and "confirm to client options" and accept the order Click on the word "Domain" to view the WHMCS record and correct the dates, period, initial and recurring amounts as necessary, click SAVE Then select the correct registrar and click save again so it can be managed in WHMCS
