Urbexy
I was operating on an older version of WHMCS and had the WHMCS team upgrade my install and all appeared to go well. I was however still running on PHP 7.4. I am on a dedicated server so logged into the hosting account for the main host domain and upgraded to PHP 8.1 with this my cron stopped working. The crons that were previously working were referencing a php.ini config file that had previously been created by the cPanel multi PHP ini interface. Within WHMCS I went into the automation settings page and was provided with the following... /opt/cpanel/ea-php81/root/usr/bin/php -q /home/username/public_html/members/crons/cron.php I set this up and the 5 min cron appears ot be running fine. It is not however triggering the daily cron.
GoZen
This looks like a setting issue, what's your error log file saying?
PPNSteve
Seeing the same thing.. cron job is apparently set up correctly, using the proper, configured php version, but I'm still seeing errors related to the crons not completing. whmcs is sending alert emails every couple of hours now as well.
