ImportAssist did nothing but put dots across my screen 6 different times so I decided to put them in individually I have 8 clients, so no big deal, I thought. But I am trying to set up my clients and it’s like nothing saves. All products came in as FREE. I changed them. But when I go to each client it says FREE. So I change that>click save> and it goes back to FREE. I cannot add add ons, but they show up only in the service add on areas, not under the client. And if I refresh the client area product add ons I get 'Unable to refresh metrics. Please ensure you are the account owner.
