TDub
Does anyone know the proper way to set up Helm reseller accounts in WHMCS so that you can create the account from WHMCS? What values are you supposed to fill in? I have Reseller Plan ID filled in, but it still fails to create the account.
TDub
FYI, I keep getting the following error: Server Command Error -2147220270 - Username or Password missing or incorrect
TDub
Nevermind, I reset the Helm server password under Manage Servers in WHMCS and it seems to have resolved the issue.
CSNM-Carl
We setup 2 servers in WHMCS: 1 for the reseller accounts 1 for the shared hosting accounts
TDub
Just a follow up to this, when WHMCS automatically creates the reseller account it creates it with a username of "1", "2", etc. I can't seem to get it to create a username like it does for the shared account (I guess it uses the first part of the domain name in shared hosting cases). When I terminate the server account using WHMCS and then type a custom username and recreate the server account on the Helm server it still creates the username as "1", "2", etc. Is there at least a prefix I can force WHMCS to use when creating Helm reseller accounts?
