DigitalEnigma
Hi, We've just had a client submit a cancellation request via the client area, we received the email however the cancellation is not showing in the admin area at all under the cancellations. Tech Entrance
Maybe you should post version number or submit support ticket about this because it seems to be something with your install only. I never figured out how to validate cancellation request and mark it as "Done" though.
chickendippers
We've also had this problem. The customer was imported from MB4 if that makes any difference.

Nick
Set the product status to "cancelled" It's cleaner if you click the 'Cancel order' button on the original order, imo. That way everything in the system referring to something is cancelled.
tbenoit
If you have Magic Quotes compiled into PHP, turn them off in the WHMCS directory (and all directories below) by adding this to php.ini in each directory: magic_quotes_gpc = Off I believe that's what fixed it for us.
