SeanP Posted April 16 Share Posted April 16 I typically have issues when customers open support tickets, and CC someone else to respond to the ticket. While their email address shows in the CC field of the ticket, none of their replies import (using email pipe). I have to many manually import each reply from the CCed recipients. This causes delays and confusion. Is this how it is supposed to function?
