HappyHippos Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 Hi People, I have an issue with add-ons regarding "Annual" payments, hoping someone can assist. OK, the issue is this, I have 3 hosting packages and when a customer decides to purchase they can purchase "monthly" sub OR an "annual" subscription to the hosting. Upon checking out I want them to be able to add an SSL certificate which of course is an "Annual" payment. I've added the SSLs to the configurable-add-ons and assigned the applicable hosting packages. The problem is if the customer selects "monthly" hosting subscriptions then the SSL defaults to "0", it's doing this because of course we don't have a monthly price for the SSLs. If they select the "annual" payment for hosting packages then it assigns the correct annual price for the SSL. Hope this makes sense!
