NRT/Redline
Morning folks; I just upgraded from a 3 year stay of execution with ModernBill.. I imported the modernbill databases ..actually...all went well...just having a couple of issues. 1) when it generates and sends an invoice or you print preview a invoice, there is no logo, it was there? 2) on the pending services, It is showing 4...if you click it...it shows no service available. 3) It keeps generating a 1000.00 invoice. I delete the account...invoice and database entry...and it comes back.. I sent in a support ticket 3 days ago...no reply. So here I am. Thanks in advance Dave NRT/Redline Game Servers
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted January 25, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted January 25, 2008 1) logo should be in WHMCS/images/logo.jpg check to see if still there 2) Check the database for payment method 3) Is the invoice for a customer? If yes, and you want to stop it for another year.. set the customers expiry date for product to next year. (or update the invoice to 0 and mark it as paid)

It keeps generating via a nightly cron and this is the date it puts in the field: (01/01/1973 - 31/12/1973) Sub Total: $1000.00 Credit: $0.00 Total Due: $1000.00 I also didn't see any issues in the database Dave

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 25, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 25, 2008 yes I checked the spam....just put it up to he is busy and I would seek help from a senior member.. All is good Dave A ticket never goes unanswered for more than 24 hours. It's possible I deleted it in a batch of spam if it was submitted for sure.
