scloutier
I have been searching this forum for every post related to this function but cannot find any that gives the same issue I am having. Whmcs is installed on a server and I am trying to update the stats of a remote server (normal server status update works (load, uptime, etc). When I click on "update now" located in the reports menu, it just stays there forever, while it's stuck, I cannot access any of the whmcs menus (altho the rest of the server is accessible) I am trying to find a log containing related information to the issue on either server and I can't find anything that would help me resolve it. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Simon
PPH
Are you able to create accounts on the remote server? Also what control panel and OS?
scloutier
this is the information on the whm server: WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.17.0-R19434 CENTOS Enterprise 5 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0 the server running whmcs has the same versions with the exception that it's a VPS. creating an account/removing account work without issues. Let me know if you have other suggestions Regards
PPH
Might want to drop a note to support as I am not sure if WHMCS reports this info for VPS's or not. I believe it uses the ip address when retrieving this info. Do VPS's share ips?
chickendippers
We run WHMCS on a VPS and there's no problem at all.
scloutier
Both the VPS or the server have dedicated IPs. Any other hint or I should open a ticket ? Thanks again,
PPH
I would open a ticket. Matt seems to know what the problem is within minutes of a support request
