Hi all,

I have recently started getting the following error in my WHMCS installation.

Encryption hash is missing or damaged. Department POP auth settings could not be decrypted.

I have restore d the configuration file from before it started happening but this has not resolved the issue.

There have also been no changes to any files that could have caused this.

Can anyone give me any pointers?

This is caused by your cc_encryption_hash value in configuration.php file. It has changed and you should restore it’s previous value to get notifications to stop.
