wildhoster Posted November 17, 2023 Share Posted November 17, 2023 Hello, I have a few clients who prefer to pay with cryptocurrency, therefore their payments can't be processed through WHMCS. Since they have accounts already set up with domains etc., I just want to stop all outgoing invoices and reminders on those active orders as I'm happy to handle those payments separately. Is there a way to halt the billing and reminder process on some accounts without deactivating the products/services assigned to them? Evolve Web Hosting Posted November 17, 2023 Share Posted November 17, 2023 Create a Contact (not a User) for the account, leave the notification boxes unchecked and then under the Profile tab, select that Contact as the Billing Contact.
